Wiring a syncronous single phase AC motor with a phasing capacitor and mains plug
Would anyone be able to help me wire up a single phase syncronous motor with a phasing capacitor to the mains? The motor has 2 blue wires and 1 red and 1 white. Do I need to get a switch or can I wire it up to the mains directly? Though it is a syncronous motor I only require it to go clockwise. What other parts would I require apart from the 3 wired mains plug 5 amp, motor and capacitor?
