Throttling valve temperature and pressure drop rate

Hi,

For a problem that gives T1, P1, fixed volume V for a throttling valve, I know how to find T2, and P2. However, I want to know how to form an equation that shows the change of temperature and pressure drops with time. I am familiar with the equation (T2/T1)^(Cp/R)=(P2/P1) but don't exactly know how to manipulate it to show the change of T and P with time.
Some help would be much appreciated!
