Coconut oil for Alzheimer's and Dementia?

I've got a video here from CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network). Yes it's a horrible source and it appears fishy, but I am intrigued if there is any truth because in the video a professor from Oxford seems to support it's claims (at some level).

Is there any evidence that taking coconut oil may help improve Alzheimer's or Dementia? Or is this complete rubbish? Thanks!

There is one reference on PubMed to a paper, here's the conclusion:
The effect of coconut oil on overall health (including Alzheimer disease) and serum cholesterol is highly debated. The Alzheimer's Association states, "A few people have reported that coconut oil helped ... but there's never been any clinical testing of coconut oil for Alzheimer's, and there's no scientific evidence that it helps."2 However, many patients still opt to try coconut oil. Advise patients to use nonhydrogenated coconut oil, and monitor serum cholesterol regularly.
