Need experimental information on plasmas

I'm new to the subject of plasma (and to the forum) and would like to find some book or online information on "phase diagrams" for plasmas, i. e. at which temperature and pressure and potential differences particular substances are in plasma state and the ionization degree of such plasmas. Kind of tables with such information. Could you give me references on this?
