Hi i am wondering what sort of particle has a size of magnitude 10^-21 m, I am thinking perhaps a string? Any help would be appreciated.

None that we know so far...Sides,according to the SM,the presumably finite extended elementary particles are pictured by the very famous model of pointlike particle...
