Need a bit of help
I've been given a problem where G is a group acting on an infinite set X. N is a natural number and G acts transitively on the set of subsets of cardinality n of X. (k is smaller than n.)
the question is does this mean/imply that G acts transitively on the set of subsets of cardinality k? I've been told it has something to do with Ramsey?! - Ben - Doesn't matter I jsut realised how to do it |
