Where is it?

Yeah, I was trying to be subtle, and the second picture looked like a recent performance of Pigs. Anyway, nice puzzle, Gokul.

I have to get some work done tonight, so could someone else take my place, please? Thanks in advance.

You're on the right continent, at least. Don't go North.

Clue: You should be able to guess the painting's title.

Okay, I guess since I'm asking for the building, I should tell you many works by Goya and El Greco also call this place home... in more than one way...

Goya, I remember that name.

Madrid Prado museum?

I love the design of several areas of the site (especially some past exhibitions).

For those of you who know a bit about me personally, this one should be easy.
Just a city will do, though you get bonus points for naming the body of water.

Colorado River, Little Colorado River, Gila River, Bill Williams River, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave, Theodore Roosevelt Lake, San Carlos Lake, Lake Powell?
Okay, I'm a major cheater. You don't have to answer.

I will guess the Little Colorado River because it looks little in the picture.

LOL. I'll be lenient and say that none of those are correct.

Hint One
There is a bridge in the picture.
