I realy enjoyed "Einstein's Cosmos"

I found the book stimulated many questions for me.

In particular, if you were moving away from the earth at near the speed of light, what TV and radio shows would you be receiving? The same ones that were being broadcast the day you reached top speed?

Similar question, what if you were only going at 1/10 the speed of light? Would 10 times the number of signals pass you by?
