I just switched from Fluxbox to FVWM this week and I really impressed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with patience and the need to completely control their desktop. I mention patience because there are a heck of a lot of options and you can script practically everything. The end result is a very tight desktop that requires less resources than Fluxbox and the ideal working environment
