DOSE A PARTICAL HAVING UNIFORM CIRCULAR MOTION HAS SOME AVERAGE VELOSITY, ATHOUGH IT'S ACCELERATING?? iF YES THEN WHATS ITS RELATION WITH AVERAGE SPEED OF THE PARTICAL??
