Question:

(a) consider silicon at T=300k. Determine po if Efi-Ef=0.35eV.

(b) Assuming that Po from part (a) remains constant, determine the value of Efi - Ef when T=400k. (c) Find the value of No in both parts (a) and (b).

Solution: I have read the chapter but did not understand how to effectively compute the value of these values. I need some insight as to how can I slove this question. I would appreciate it!
