Fay Dowker tells the story of general relativity and its interactions with Newtonian physics, from Galileo to cutting edge research on the granularity of spacetime.
I don't agree with this "Block Universe" idea. Just because events take place faster in some frames of reference and their "lifetimes" conclude "sooner", does not mean the future exists and is just as real as our present. It simply means some 'frames experience time or change, quicker than we do. That's all.
