B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

So fluid turbulance is not random effects?
  2. J

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

That is also true for smaller particles from atoms? How we know they move deterministic, but scientist allways say that this small praticles moves randomly?

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

If we anylize fluid turbulence deep enough, atoms/molecules moves random so fluid turbulence must be also random system?
  4. J

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

So is it ok to say that chaos is not random? Random in nature is only at atomic level(quantum physics)?

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

In deterministic world you cant get off from train that you are travel...from big bang to the future you are allways in this train.

If random exist than free will must exist.

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

Is chaos random or deterministic? Is "random physics" just show that some information we are missing? I think Einstien dont believe something happen random

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

But chaos in not random, it is deterministic, it just appear to be random because we dont know initial conditons well enough?

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

If I release double pendulum from 100% same haight and angle hunderd times, every single time path must be the same? If this is case, than chaos dont exist in nature ,it is just consequence that we dont know well enough all inital conditions? Because if we can predict something than this is...

B Why don't two double pendulum apparatus follow the same paths? / Chaos

All double pendulum have same inital position, start from same height at same time, this softwear must have some equations from which calculate their path, so if both use same eqution and same inital position, why they have different paths(this is mathematicaly impossible)? One question about...

    Electrons travel in wire

In this discussion, I agree with @Dale opinion : "In order to light up a bulb must have a substantial amount of current through it. It is not designed to do that in response to a small RF signal propagating through free space. Although such a signal exists and would produce some minuscule...

    Electrons travel in wire

Yes he is correct only in a part that small current will travel through bulb at t=1/c, but this small induced current will not turn light ON. If bulb need aprox voltage of battery(that is ussualy case) then induced current is many billions too small to start the light.. So this is trick...

    Electrons travel in wire

Dont agree with answer 1/c, this is trick question, because he said any amount of energy/ current will turn on light bulb.. If any current will turn on light, then yes he is right... But this "induced current" is so low, it is not enough to trigger light...so answer 1m/c is wrong, correct...

    Electrons travel in wire

So it is not important how long are wires, its only importnat distance between bulb and battery? this sound crazy

    Electrons travel in wire

300 000km connect light bulb and battery. I would say 1sec is need from I turn on switch to light start lighting. This video say it is 1m/c...Is this video wrong? Do electron travels thorugh wire, if 300 000km wire is connected to bulb ,why electricitly travel through space only 1m??

I Why is quantum mechanics not valid for large objects?

Until new theory comes out and prove this one wrong. Maybe is better to wait 200,300 years, that the scientists find final one and agree among themselves that is correct. Sabine Hossenfelder

I Why is quantum mechanics not valid for large objects?

Which explanation of these two is corrrect? Sabine tell all this explanations are wrong. Man from my video say that electron will crash into nucleus using classic physics, so he conclude it cant be used for micro world..

I Why is quantum mechanics not valid for large objects?

Men In the video has engineering and phsysics degree, so why he post wrong theory or this video is made for kids? Is Einstein relativity works/exist in quntum mechanics ? Obvuisly classic physics dont work for electrons/atoms, but that not mean it is wrong for big objects as well, so why...

It this correct explanation why quantum is not valid for large object? Why would small object want to hide their information?

I Observer effect in the Dual Slit experiment

Does information travel at higher speed then light between two particles in EPR paradox? Infinite speed?
  21. J

I Observer effect in the Dual Slit experiment

Can you exlain how detectors work? If I just observe light that pass throug two slits with my eyes, will electrons show two lines on back screen? How can my thoughts change reality, results on back screen?
  22. J

I Observer effect in the Dual Slit experiment

How detectors/observers in front of each slit works , does it somehow disturb with electron/photon? Does photon/electron must pass through detector/observer, so maybe his internal parts change final result on screen into just two lines?

B Fusion, bigger output than input?

So why they emphasize "bigger output than input"?
  24. J

B Fusion, bigger output than input?

Fusion has bigger output then input, because produce more energy than to initiate reaction. This is allways case, for example 100kg of wood burning produce much more energy then initiate fire with one match fire. Can someone explain this statement?

Study on ruled vs unruled paper?

Where they dont teach cursive? US?:oldconfused: In EU does.. Problem is cursive is not standardized, even if it is , legibility will be always smaller. I mean grid.

Study on ruled vs unruled paper?

Cursive is fastest but is hard to read and paper looks like real mess, imagine that books looks like this. I think is better for learning when paper looks nice, clean organized. Do you prefer cursive or all caps like engineers/architects often write? Legibility of this two words are...

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

If some one hold light clock and walk toward me,I see light beam inside clock moves verticaly up and down just as when clock is at rest. I am compare my clock and train clock, not train rear and back clock..
  31. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

Does direction of train matters? I am at rest at railroad and train moves directly at me, then there is no time dilatation, because I will see train light beam inside light clock goes verticaly up and down,so tick at same rate as my clock. Is this correct?

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

If theory show that time is not absolute, can we state that time dont exist in some way? What is official definiton of time in physics?
  33. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

This definiton is joke/useless, like you say speed is what speedometer meassure! I ask because of this: Albert Einstein once wrote: People like us who believe in physics know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion. Time, in other words...

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

What is time for Einstein? Time tick slower in moving train only when we compare from clock that is at rest, but in train clock tick at regular rate. 1.So when train stops and when we then compare these two clocks, they will again show same time? If not, why not if indeed clock tick at...

Lorentz transfomation show time is relative,so what Einstien discover new?
  37. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

Einstein is first one who tell time is not absolute? He get it from fact that light has constant speed?
  38. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

I also notice that distance is changed looking from rest frame because the fact light has constant speed. does that tell me something about time? hm maybe like this: c=d/t, I first conclude d increase, so to keep c=const, I must increase t as well, that is proof that time also change. Is this OK?
  39. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

But this thing dont need math is it pure logic(obviusly my is wrong, but cant find why) If I can explain why light need more time to hit right detector, only with "change in length", why do I need talk about time?
  40. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

This is how I at first look at this; fur sure light need more time to reach detector that is moving away for it, because light must travel longer distance to reach this detector. From frame at rest, distance L2 is longer then L1. So I would say distance "change" and that is reason why light...

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

If inside train is clock and I have my clock at station, then distance between station and train matters, further the station from the train, bigger will be difference in time between my and clock in train? I read that Lorenz and Poicare set this equations before Einstein, they knew that...

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

What do you mean by "where you are"? If you observe einstein train from 100m or from 100km, isnt the same? From 100km ,change in time will be bigger?
  43. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

So you agree if you observe einstein train for grater distance, change in time will be bigger?
  44. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

Here Green is talking about distnace between two observers/frames, your post 21 talk about distance between two detectors/lenght of train. Green tell if you observe train from bigger distance, change in time will be bigger.
  45. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

Did you look at my video at 1:22 - 1:28 where Green show how even for low velocity if distance between two observers is big enough, change in time is big? What do say about this?
  46. J

B Questions about the Speed of Light, Time, etc.

How is it possible that he is just not careful if he made animation(look at my video at 1:22) where he show how even for low velocity if distance between two observers is big enough, change in time is big.
