when the enable is at low the gate/I.C will be disable and when the enable is at high the gate/IC will be disable...but told that To allow input pulses to pass from input to output of the gate, then the "enable" input has to be low...what is correct..if you have any external link about it then...
what are the function of enable input in gates?
If in or gate we use it and it is at high and the other two inputs are at low then what will be out put...1/0?

What i understand there is the point that in charging there is no resistance to the current coming into capacitor so it will charge instantly or take a little time because of the resistance of diode.and...
We know that for RC circuit as filter or in multiplier we use capacitors having larger RC constant than the period of input signal.but I am confused here:
As long as i know the charging and discharging period of a capacitor are equal wether it is fully charged or not...(tell me i am right or...

When a living thing get a current shock then current catch him for sometime and then throw him away?
Why this happen?
Why the wire(or something else from where current is coming) catch him and then thrown him after the current stops or the thing died?
Half wave rectifier based on the principle of PN junction diode convert either possitive or negative portion of AC current But i am confused here that when the portion of current on which the diode is reverse biased current is almost zero then where the energy of that portion goes?

But every motion is relative so I want to ask that If a charge is in motion w.r.t one observer but not in motion w.r.t other then what will each observe about the magnetic field of charge?
our teacher says that when there is an ideal short circuit whic connecting the two terminal of the battery then the battey will get down quickly.
Is this is correct when in ideal short circiut battery is not supplying any energy or power.
In Ideal Short circuit i.e the resistance of the medium is zero,there is no power delivered by the source(batterey which involve chemical reactions and have no internal resistance i.e ideal).Then is the source Get down or not.If yes then why?
