    The majority of them tend to be moreso motivational speeches than practical information, but some of them are very good, especially the ones which the speaker talks about their life story and the lessons they've learned rather than just detached ideas.

    I liked the one from dirty jobs. The way it concluded almost at the end of the video:
    was simply on point.
