A bit help with a submission cover letter

  1. Jan 13, 2013 #1
Hi, I am preparing (for the first time in my life) a paper to submit it to an international journal, but I am finding it a bit hard because (1) I am not in a research environment nor have co-workers with experience in research, and (2) I am not a native English speaker. So I wonder if the nice people in Physics Forum could help me with a stupid doubt.

I have to use a web to upload the manuscript and a "submission cover letter" in a different file. How could I start the letter? (following the salutation "Dear Dr. So-and-so")

    - Please find attached our manuscript entitled...
    - Please find enclosed our manuscript entitled...
    - Attached please find...
    - Hereby we submit our manuscript...

    Thanks in advance!
