A Good Book on Soviet R&D?

  1. Aug 24, 2013 #1
I have an interest in organizational behavior, and I was curious if anyone was in a position to recommend any good books on Soviet-era technical education or R&D. Despite this subject being a prodigious focus of Cold War intelligence and concern, most of my searches are clogged with things that are superficial, speculative, or wild alarmism.

I thought I'd come here, and get the opinion of technical minds on the subject. Details on projects that showed results on things we abandoned or never pursued would be fun, too.

    Thanks ahead of time, folks!
