Homework Statement


Given real numbers a,b,c,d,e>1 prove that
a^2/(c-1) + b^2/(d-1) +c^2/(e-1) +d^2/(a-1) +e^2/(b-1) =>20

The Attempt at a Solution


I am not sure how to do this. Although I think using properties of polynomial equations would be very useful

Do you mean :
Given real numbers ##a,b,c,d,e>1## prove that
##\frac{a^2}{(c-1)} + \frac{b^2}{(d-1)} +\frac{c^2}{(e-1)} +\frac{d^2}{(a-1)} +\frac{e^2}{(b-1)} \geq 20##
