A question about silicene

  1. Aug 5, 2015 #1
    Silicene structure is buckling.
The A atoms are in the xy-plane and the B atoms are out of it.
How calculate coordinates of atoms in Silicene?

Do you have numbers for the buckling strength (and other length values)? To find coordinates, you need some information about the relative positions of the atoms.
