i have a question about controlled thermonuclear fusion

at first why we do not us direct bombarding the particles using accelerators to get fusion ( as we can accelerate particles to get a huge energies )

then why plasma is the best for that .. is that lab-plasma always contains a particles of a very high temperature ??

We can (and we do for neutron sources!), but it needs too much energy to get net energy out. Only a small fraction of the accelerated particles fuse, not enough to recover the energy the accelerator needs.
then why plasma is the best for that .. is that lab-plasma always contains a particles of a very high temperature ??
To get many fusion reactions you want the particles to have a high energy - they have to be hot. Everything is a plasma at the relevant temperatures. There are cold plasmas, but they are irrelevant for fusion.
