Reading the above posts, I googled average IQ of Indians, it was 81?!?
Personally I think the study is flawed or its because the higher percentage of uneducated population, whatever it may be but the country which gave us Satyendranath Bose, C.V. Raman, Jagdish C. Bose, Tagore and Gandhi can't possibly be that dumb.
