    The oscillation period of a torsion oscillation magnetometer of T=3s can be measured with an accuracy of 1┬Ás. Let the moment of inertia of the sample and holder have a value of J=10-6kgm2. Evaluate the accuracy with which a small magnetic moment can be determined
