Advancing the State of Physics at Home

  1. Oct 4, 2009 #1
Although I've graduated from a physics program and my career does not involve conducting any experiments, I'm still interested to see if I can advance the state of physics from home. I'm open to suggestions in this area. I'm also not limiting myself to one particular area of focus, at this point, everything is open for consideration.

In other words, how can I use my free time to advance this field?

We'd first need to your budget in terms of:

    1) space - how much space do you have around your place to fill with experimental junk
    2) time - how much time do you want to invest
    3) money - how much money are you willing to invest.
