I am having difficultly picking a major for myself. I have always enjoyed math and science (mostly calculus and physics). I currently go to Virginia Commonwealth University, which offers a nuclear engineering program. I have taken an immediate interest in changing my major to this program as it appears to have a large amount of physics in its curriculum. Can anyone that has experience in this field tell me what the job market is like? As well as what a normal salary is, and what types of jobs are available in general for a nuclear engineering major.
