Hi

I have a aluminium hand roller for embossing numbers onto aluminium. When I pass the aluminium plate through the roller, I end up with a kind of banana shaped piece of aluminium. Any suggestion on a jig I could add to the aluminium rollers

Thanks

I've been toying with ideas but haven't posted them.

1] You could put guides at the outlet to keep it in a straight line.
2] You could run it though a second set of rollers. You'd want to ensure the rollers didn't undo all your embossing though.
