Many people are ignorant of the important fact that the plural of penis is penes. This situation must be rectified, and fortunately, I just found the following pdf-file presenting a penetrating analysis of this problem, examining it in its full length and girth.

    Read and learn:

I'd rather say his penile plurality would make him into a grand attraction, but have it your way, then.

I tend to work with just one at a time, so don't need to be too concerned about the plural. Though, penises works just fine.

 :uhh:  You would think that, wouldn't you?

Using a penis isn't boring. Reading an essay about the grammatical properties of the word "penis," on the other hand . . .

Well, I didn't know before today about the different declinations in Latin, so I found the essay worthwhile.

Okay, well, I suppose noun declension can be pretty fascinating. German has them; I take it Norwegian does not? My first exposure to them personally was through Greek.

I had made up penii, but after reading arildno's link I am convinced that the correct plural form is penes. Sort of like "hypothesis : hypotheses." I stand corrected.

Right. If it were "penii" then it would be spelled singularly as "penus" or "penius." :uhh:

Colloquially I've also heard it plurally as a "sausage fest."

Anyone else posting here feel kind of awkward?
