Ap Chem: dimensional Analysis

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data[
    Average speed of helium at 25C is 1255m/s. Convert this speed to mph

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution
    umm i tried to use this: 1255m/s (1mph/.477 m/s)
    thats all i have and i don;t know if I did this correct

    Doesn't look bad, but I doubt your teacher will be pleased. Try longer route, based on well known conversion factors - seconds to hour, meters to mile.
