Array Selection (Urgent)

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    Hey guys, I have a problem here which I can't seem to tackle. I hope someone knows how to go about this. Here it is:

    "Their are 5!= 120 different ways of choosing a set of 5 numbers from the array (below) so that a number is takenn from each row and each column. In each "transversal", a minimum nummber occurs. What is the maxmum of these (120) minimum values?
