Bleaching properties?

    Hi, is anybody able to tell me if any of the below ingredients contain any bleaching properties to surfaces/fabrics and/or irritable to skin?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4- ylmethanol (>85%)


    CAS-NO: 100-79-8

    EINECS-No. : 202-888-7

    Thanks Borek. I've attached the MSDS but I'm still having trouble working it out. Any assistance please?

    I Googled the CAS entry and browsed several hits. Some said skin irritant and some said not a skin irritant. All said eye and respiratory irritant. My quick look did not find mention of bleaching. Suggest you contact an organic chemist.
