Body telling time

  1. Mar 20, 2014 #1
I was watching a video by ASAP science in which they said that the body is capable of telling time. We don't need alarm clocks, we can wake up on our own, due to some fluids in our body. How exactly does this work?

Lots to read about this. Perhaps you can start here: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_clock

I'm sure others will have more to contribute.
