BS in Mechanical then Masters in electrical?

  1. Oct 27, 2011 #1
Hello, I'm curious as too how practical it is to do this ^^? I've always loved both fields very much since a very young. I have been back in forth for a long time and I'm pretty sure that mechanical is more for I think. But I would really love to have the option of working in both. I'm planning on obtaining my masters in mechanical first as soon as I finish my undergrad. You see, my dream is to work in energy. As I lover of Nikola Tesla I'm fascinated by the idea of free/zero-point energy. I was already planning on taking EE classes as well with my undergrad as my technical electives, on top of the required ones for my degree. I just want to know if anyone else has done this and how it worked out for them. Any info is appreciated.
