Cable Tension and Reactions.

    I'm having a tough time getting started with this one. Obviously W= 196.2N and AD = 0.425m
    Do I need to do a force-couple system?

    This is a statics problem. What is the sum of all forces in the "x" direction and the sum of all forces in "y" direction equal to? And the sum of all moments?
