Calculus differentation problems

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    I have two problems in Calculus.

    The first problem:

    A particle moves on along a hyperbola xy= 8. When it reaches the point (4,2), the y-coordinat decrease with a velocity of 3 cm/s. How fast does the particle change x-coordinat at this time?

    Second problem:

    A sunny afternoon the sun stands with pi/6 radians over the horisont and the sun sinks with a velocity 0,25 radians per hour. How fast does the shadow of a 4 m high vertical post?
