Can acceleration overcome a constant force

Physics is often counterintuitive. Get used to it.
If you really think you are on to something here, find a way to do the experiment you described. If you can't do it yourself, get some teacher or uni lecturer to help you. I personally don't think it will amount to anything, but if you are correct, and you repeat the experiment enough to properly prove it, you could be onto something revolutionary.
However, they have collected a lot of data about moving objects and car and the like. If the phenomenem existed, it is highly likely they would have found it by now.
