In summary, questions and doubts are often confused, but they are actually quite different. Questions are inquiries that seek information or clarification, while doubts are hesitations or uncertainties about something. Questions are usually asked with the intention of gaining knowledge or understanding, while doubts can stem from a lack of confidence or trust in something. It is important to recognize the distinction between these two as they can lead to different types of responses and actions. Questions can be answered with facts or explanations, while doubts may require more emotional support or reassurance. Overall, understanding the difference between questions and doubts can help improve communication and address misunderstandings.

What micromass means is that in English you would have said questions, not doubts. For some reason only in India are questions misinterpreted as "doubts".
