Can we create God?

  1. Nov 18, 2004 #1
I found this article about the Omega point interesting. It seems to allow the creation of God, heaven and the resurrection of the dead in the future. As a bonus it also explain why God is not preventing misery in our current world.

Now this seems to require a Big Crunch. But if the maximum possible entropy of the universe increases far more quickly than the actual entropy with each time increment, wouldn't this imply a universe that get increasingly more complex? Could the limit of this process be God?
