Circuit analysis help me ?

  1. May 25, 2013 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
We have the circuit in the picture.I have to find i using potential nod method. PJ8KIEh.jpg

    2. Relevant equations

    Not potential method.

    3. The attempt at a solution

If you notice it in the picture, there are four nods.I wrote the KCl for each nod,and then based on this I wrote the nod potential equations..the problem is that I got four equations and this is a very long way..is there any short way,but still using nod potential method?

In nodal analysis, you choose one node to be the reference node. The reference node does not need its own node equation. That leaves you with three essential nodes for which to write equations.
