I'm really stuck on this problem and i need help. Its a bit different it sort of a ratio problem i think but i have no idea how to solve it.

    Heres the question.

An object of mass m has an elastic collision with another object initially at rest, and continues to move in the original direction but with one third its original speed. What is the mass of the other object in terms of m?

Can anyone please help me set this up.

Conservation of momentum. If elastic both boxes will move as one unit and thus at same speed.
