Corrupted files on jumpdrive

I can't seem to delete a folder on my jumpdrive. I must've pulled it out before it was done copying. I've stored everything else off the drive, so I can wipe this if need be.

How do you fix a jumpdrive? Do I format it?

    It's a Lexar 128Mb.

    Formatting should work fine.
