In summary, there is no evidence to suggest that Bush had a mustache during his presidency. There are numerous photographs and videos of him without a mustache and no credible sources or reports of him ever sporting one. While it is possible that he grew a mustache at some point, there is no record of him mentioning it and it is unlikely that he would have done so without media attention. Rumors and theories about a mustache on Bush's face have been circulating, but these lack credible evidence. Ultimately, whether or not Bush had a mustache during his presidency holds no significance on his political career or legacy.

While watching Bush speak of McCain I thought that I noted a small fuzzy white growth above his mouth. Kinda looked like the beginnings of a Latino American style one. Tell me was he just to busy to shave or is he starting to grow a mustash. And it turns out that McCain had done charitable work for some needy Latino Americans. Am I imagining thigs or not or is there some connection?

I cannot make a conclusive statement about whether or not former President George W. Bush sported a mustache during his speech about Senator John McCain. However, it is possible that the white growth above his mouth could have been a mustache in the early stages of growth. Whether or not this was intentional or a result of being too busy to shave is purely speculative. Additionally, I cannot provide a scientific explanation for any potential connection between McCain's charitable work for Latino Americans and Bush's possible mustache. It is important to focus on the content of the speech and the actions of the individuals involved, rather than their physical appearance.
