Difference between SW and SHW

i want to know the basic difference between simple harmonic wave and stationary wave.

and also why stationary wave is type of distructive interference.
if stationary wave is a type of distructive interference so why stationary wave exist.

A stationary wave is composed of two waves travelling in opposite directions. They add together to create positive and negative interference at each point.

but stationary wave form by destructive interference why??
if there is destructive interference the wave should not to be form??

The basic difference is that the amplitude of one changes with time and that the other does not (hence stationary). Why do you think the waves travelling in opposite directions only have destructive interference?
