Ofcourse i know how to do vectors, but i have a question about multiple vectors. when the like vectors are provided in a question and they may ask you to draw the vector A-3B+C In this case, what dothe addition and subtracting signs mean? am i supposed to flip the vector?

If $\vec A$ points in a certain direction, then $-\vec A$ points in the opposite direction, that is, you "flip" $\vec A$ in order to get $-\vec A$.
