Draw the vector A-3B+C (1 Viewer)

Ofcourse i know how to do vectors, but i have a question about multiple vectors. when the like vectors are provided in a question and they may ask you to draw the vector A-3B+C In this case, what dothe addition and subtracting signs mean? am i supposed to flip the vector?

If [itex]\vec A[/itex] points in a certain direction, then [itex]-\vec A[/itex] points in the opposite direction, that is, you "flip" [itex]\vec A[/itex] in order to get [itex]-\vec A[/itex].
