E&M homework question.

  1. Jun 12, 2012 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    The following charges are located inside a submarine: 2.00 µC, -9.00 µC, 27.0 µC, and -54.0 µC.
    (a) Calculate the net electric flux through the hull of the submarine.

    2. Relevant equations
    Flux = q/e0

    3. The attempt at a solution
    I found the net charge, which happens to be -34e-6. So, I plugged the numbers into the equation and I keep getting the wrong answer. My answer was 3841807.91 N*m^2/C.
    I am running out of ideas

    You forgot the sign. The number is correct, but you need to give it with three significant digits.
