As far as I know, the brain generates electric pulses to communicate. If a human being is electrically grounded, how could the charge flow or get created in his brain? A grounded man shold be brain dead :), right?

Grounding the outside of the human does nothing to the electrically conductive pathways inside, especially all the way inside the human skull. Here is some background reading on the Neuron cells that form human nerves, and the human brain:

Neurons have their own form of insulation, myelin, which is about 80% fat. The brain itself is made up primarily of fat. The brain can be shocked by direct application of electrodes, as in electroconvulsive therapy.
