    4. An electric dipole lying along the z-axis consisting of a positive charge +q at position
    z+d and a negative charge q at position z sits in an electric field that varies with position,
    E = E(z). What is the net force on the dipole, in the limit d-->0 Write your answer in
    terms of the dipole moment p = qd.
