B Electric field there or not?

  1. Jul 19, 2017 #1
One side of a plate has a uniform positive charge density. Two of those plates are placed parallel to each other in a distance away, with their charged side facing each other! The electric field between is zero then! If we put a charge there it will feel no force? I think if the charge is put anywhere between the plates except the middle point, then the plate nearer to it will exert more force on it, and try to pull back it to the centre! That is the no field reigion is a point only ? (Sorry for not explaining that much)

Hi. Near edges of the plates electric field push a positive charge out of the interval.
