Homework Statement



The average intensity of sunlight at the top of the earth's atmosphere is about 1400 W/m^2. What is the maximum energy that a 20 m × 30 m solar panel could collect in one hour in this sunlight?

Getting an equation to start with would really help

i was thinking about P= E/S. The intensity is power/area. So 1400/600= 2.33. But how do we relate this intensity to E/S (s being 3600 seconds).
