Electron shot with initial velocity B field

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    Electron shot in x direction with V_o=3.5*10^6 and is accellerated thru parallel plate capacitor with potential difference of 70V. after it travels on the x-axis for 5 mm what is its total feild the electron produces? including magnetic and electric. Show direction and magnitude

    2. Relevant equations
    E= dv/dx

    E= 1/(4pi ep) *q/r^2

    mag=mu/(4pi) (qv x r)/r^2

    3. The attempt at a solution
    E= 70/5x 10^-3 = 1.4 x 10^4
