i have a wien bridge oscillator by using ±15V power supply. its output is sine wave. but i have a question. is the output become ac or still dc while it is oscillate with 10kHz?

It will be AC, unless you balance it to have 0 volts out.

It will be AC but may have some DC component.

If the output is taken via a capacitor, then it will be AC but with no DC component.
