Excel Engineering Units Formatter

    There was a write up in Design News about a nice little Excel macro that will convert the tiresome Excel engineering units of xxxExxx or even .xxxxxx and xxx.xxxxxxx to the more readable x10³ type of format.

    The only drawback to this macro is that its output is text, not a number. However, it will be nice once you are done crunching numbers, you can put it into a format that will be easily readable for output to say Word or Powerpoint or just keep it in Excel. I think it's a nice tool to have.
